Center Aide Orientation This class is created to meet the OCC requirement for center aide orientation. This class will teach the participants how to be a professional in the workplace, how to appropriately supervise children and how to work with parents as well as validate the importance of their job. These topics will lay a foundation for success as the aide begins their position in a child care program.

This workshop will explore the many facets of developing and promoting a culturally competent environment for children, families, and staff including administrative practices, curriculum, and family engagement.
