Good nutrition is crucial in the early years for healthy growth and brain development.  During this workshop, participants will explore how teaching young children healthy eating habits at an early age can set the stage for healthy eating for a lifetime.  Discussion will include how to model good eating habits through eating family style and how to encourage healthy eating through fun and engaging activities.  Participants will create activities to use in their program.
