Yoga isn’t just for adults! Offering yoga in your early learning setting has a variety of benefits for both the children and adults. Participants will learn about the physical and social-emotional benefits of using yoga in their program and some basics on how to get started to make it fun and engaging. Participants will also create learning materials to use in their program.
