Providing for children is a stressful job. Today’s caregiver needs to know the needs of all of their children, understand family dynamics, keep current on child development, and state regulations just to name a few. Providers get so used to taking care of others, that their own needs are often not met. This workshop will explore the importance of self-care in order to prevent burnout. The participants will create an action plan of strategies to make self-care more intentional.
