During this workshop, participants will explore the benefits of outdoor learning on many areas of children’s development. Discussion will include how to plan intentional learning of both traditional and nontraditional activities. This provides an overview of common neurological disorders, their causes, symptoms, and accommodations. Participants will learn how and why children who have neurological disorders need accommodations in order to have the best opportunity to succeed. The participants will create adaptive resources to use with children with neurological disorders, or any children in their program.
